1. Is my purchase refundable?
Yes it is. You have got a right to get a refund as long as you cancel two hours before class time.
2. What happens if I don’t cancel on time ?
Don’t worry, we don’t like taking L’s either. Just get in touch with us via email, and we will work out a credit note so that you can use it for another time.
3. How do I get in touch ?

4. Is there an age limit ?
All we do ask, is for anyone to be over 18 years of age. Below that, we would need parents consent before agreeing and proceeding to the booking of the session.
Other than that, there is absolutely NO AGE RESTRICTIONS, and everyone is WELCOME.
5. What mean of payment do you take?
We accept credit and debit card payments, through our secured payment page provided by STRIPE, as well as PayPal checkout.
6. Do you take cash payment at the door ?
No we don’t, unless discussed otherwise based on special circumstances.
7. Would I still be able to attend if I’m running late ?
Yes you would. Although, bear in mind that if you have missed a part of the class, I can’t guarantee to be able to keep you up to speed. So I’d highly recommend that you cancel in advance, if you think you’ll run late, so that you don’t lose your spot.
8. I purchased a pass, how do I use it ?
If you purchased a pass, then get in touch with us by email, with name and email address, so that we can email you your unique codes to checkout with, so that you can secure your spot when you feel like, subject to class capacity remaining.
9. Can complete beginners sign up?
LISTEN UP! Anyone is welcome to join. We are dedicated to work with anyone that’s willing to commit and put in the effort.
